Arguably, Nintendo’s most popular character, Mario comes back in a different kind of game which you can play with one hand. According to the game’s website, Mario continuously runs forward while you time your taps to pull off stylish jumps and moves to gather coins and reach your goal.
The game will feature 3 modes, World Tour, Toad Rally and Kingdom Builder.
In world tour, Mario runs and jumps to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser’s clutches. The challenge will feature plains, caverns, ghost houses, air ships, castles and more. This mode requires you to clear 6 worlds filled with 24 brand new courses designed specifically for mobile play.
In Toad Rally you show off Mario’s stylish moves and compete against your friends and people all over the world for the highest score by gathering coins and get cheered on by a group of Toads.
Kingdom builder on the other hand lets you gather coins and Toads to build your very own kingdom. Create your unique kingdom with buildings and decorations that you purchase with coins collected in your Toad rally challenges. There are over 100 kinds of items in the Kingdom builder feature!
Super Mario Run is quite expensive at $9.99, but Nintendo says that there will be no in-app purchases required. So this will be a one time payment and you get the full featured game. There will also be a free version which will allow you to play parts of the game.
